Atlantica Caldera Palace, Hersonissos (Crete)

I had an amazing week at this hotel. The food was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room we stayed in was spacious and had the most breathtaking views. However, it was disappointing that the main pools were freezing cold, which impacted our ability to enjoy that aspect of our vacation.

The hotel has its pros and cons. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beach area is beautiful with clean water. However, the family pool is often overcrowded, and the dining experience did not meet five-star expectations, particularly during dinner. While we enjoyed our stay overall, I'm hesitant to recommend it for families with teenagers.
